How The FRESH Program Works

FRESH is an all-inclusive personal development program designed to help you master your finances, relationships, education, spirituality, and health — the pillars of performance and fulfillment. Through proven systems and actionable habits, FRESH helps you reduce interference, expand your potential, and align your daily actions with your values and goals. When you do the activities and follow the systems, success becomes inevitable.

The FRESH Philosophy 

We have identified five key areas that must align: Finances, Relationships, Education, Spirituality, and Health (both physical and emotional). If you are dealing with something right now or having challenges in life, the root of the issue can almost always be traced back to one of these five areas. If one of these areas is out of balance, life becomes a bumpy ride. 

To bring these five areas into alignment, we must first address the three in areas of interference: physical health, emotional health, and time management. Throughout the FRESH program, participants will gain the tools to improve habits in these key areas, remove what’s holding them back, and build a life they love — all while relentlessly pursuing their passions.

Innovative Learning Systems

The FRESH program combines multimodal learning, motivation strategies, and clear, step-by-step systems to drive results. Over the course of 40 remote classes, participants gain access to engaging, high-impact lessons, optional group discussion sessions, and custom-designed workbooks that break down success into simple, repeatable actions.

To support continued growth beyond the classroom, we also provide carefully curated, vetted resources to expand education and perspective.

To deepen intrinsic motivation and enhance self-awareness, we’ve partnered with Oura to offer advanced biometric and health tracking. This real-time feedback empowers participants to see how their daily choices impact their bodies and minds — reinforcing progress and driving meaningful, measurable change.

Participant Expectations 

Participants are asked to invest just three hours per week: one hour to engage with the weekly class content, and two hours for intentional self-investment and habit development. The FRESH program is designed so that if you follow the systems and complete the activities, results will follow.

For those ready to accelerate their growth or deepen their understanding, an "Accelerated Track" is available. This option provides additional tools and support to fast-track progress and build a life you love with even greater efficiency and impact.

Performance & Achievement

One foundational habit we aim to refine throughout the FRESH program is the ability to quickly and clearly identify what’s holding us back — the habits, patterns, or inputs that drain our energy or interfere with progress, what we call the interference. At the same time, we train ourselves to recognize what energizes us — our passions, strengths, and the activities that spark joy and flow.

With this clarity, the program provides effective systems to eliminate interference and create space for what truly drives us. The result is a life lived in alignment: energized by purpose, powered by efficient action, and constantly expanding in potential. FRESH is about turning this awareness into a skill — one that unlocks boundless performance and sustainable, high-level achievement.
